The official name of the corporation is the Palacio del Mar Homeowners Association, a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation.

Welcome to the Palacio del Mar Homeowners Association home page.  Palacio del Mar is located along the sunny coast of the Pacific Ocean in the City of San Clemente, Orange County, California.  The Association is about one half mile inland from the Pacific Ocean and slightly less from the 5 Freeway. This private community (Directions) consists of 83 exclusive, individually-built homes varying in model design and size.  All of the homes are situated on beautifully landscaped slopes, with each home having a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean and the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course below.  From our homes we have a panoramic view that includes Catalina Island to the north, San Clemente Island to the west, Point Lomas and the tall buildings of San Diego to the south.  At night one can hear the seals barking from Seal Rock, a small atoll just off the San Clemente pier.  This coastal community is a well kept and highly sought after neighborhood.

Palacio del Mar is governed by a five-member elected volunteer Board of Directors. The Board meets on a monthly basis on the third Monday of each month at the Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 200 Avenida San Pablo, San Clemente.  Board meetings begin with an Executive Session (for Board members only) at 5:30 p.m., followed by a homeowner forum at 6:00 p.m., followed by the regular business meeting.  Please check your monthly newsletter statement to confirm the date and time of the next scheduled Board meeting.
